New Mexico - Lost
UNLV - lost
Boise State - lost
San Diego State - lost

Colorodo State - Won

Only 1 team as the worst seed (San Diego State)

Guess they weren't as good as many predicted

Maybe the were slightly over-rated, but it's also possible that the PAC-12 schools really were under seeded as well.

Most of them did not look as good as their seed. Eiustachy's bunch played hard. They deserved to win, which they did.

San Diego St hasn't played yet. Vs Oklahoma today.

Must be thinking of S Dak St

I posted this in the other thread as well:

It's the same thing every year. That conference rarely plays any of the good eastern teams during the regular season, so their RPI looks better on paper than they are. Then come tournament time, they get bounced......early.

Larry's done a good job with CSU. But it also helped that they got paired with a flakey SEC team for their opener.

Matchups are always. California is better than a #12 seed & Boise State was probably not even favored in that game. The big one was New Mexico, but Harvard is good &, again, NCAA's are all about matchups.
