The geographic center of the contiguous US is Lebanon, Kansas.

If you include Alaska and Hawaii, it moves into Belle Forche, South Dakota.

If you go by population, it moves to Texas County, Missouri.

I stand corrected. Thanks for educating me on that point.

After you pointed that out, I realize I was recalling the mean population center, which is in Missouri, and not the geographic center.

Unlike our friends in the show me state, we in NYC refer to ourselves with just the St. and not the fully spelled out Saint.

Also, i'm much happier with Creighton then Duquesne.

I'd be open to 14 with SLU, Dayton, Wichita and VCU. If the Shockers shock the world and win it all it would be hard to ignore that. 50k exit fee is nothing and SLU has stated they are willing to pay whatever to leave now.

Your last statement is true as soon as somebody can point Father Biondi in the direction of his checkbook. While he's there, he can also take care of a certain coaching vacancy.

Not only was he in China while SLU was in the tourney, he is taking his time re-hiring Crews isn't he?
