This guy Albanese pleads guilty to violating the State Property Contral Act and only gets sentenced to 18 months of court supervision and fined $825. This is after he gets paid $45,000 in July at the time he signed "a seperation agreement." HOW IS THIS FAIR? What the hell is happening at our school?
Originally he was facing up to seven years in prison if convicted, but the charges of theft and official misconduct got dropped as part of the deal. Who exactly at the university is making these deals and why? I say jail the bastard and take away his pension.
