Tourney results - Preseason rankings
I havent really researched who is leaving or coming back, but it seems the top teams are losing most of their great players. I know Kentucky will likely add Wiggins and have the best freshman class of all time, but not sure how they will rank that considering this seasons results. We obviously will have #1 level talent next year, assuming everyone that can come back comes back. Adding Nichols will balance our post play with the already great guard play we will have.

If we happen to lose Thursday, I think we will still be in the #8-12 range, but that will be a "prove it" type ranking.

Sweet 16 would give us a top 5, and if we happen to take out both Michigan State and Duke and make it to the Elite 8 or better, I think we will match our 2008 starting rank of no worse than #3

Way too early for me to think about next year.

We will be stacked but I hope we have a lot of basketball left before then.

I agree with this.

A lot of it will depend on who we have coming back & what everyone else has. WAY too early to be talking about this. That is what the offseason is for. Right now, we have plenty to talk about.
