Stay loose and stay sharp
I remember watching the Xavier game and Josh looks like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders trying to win a "game against a real opponent". He looked like if you put a lump of coal up his a$$, in two weeks you'd have a diamond (little Ferris Bueller ref for ya). He's got stay loose and keep the guys loose. Instead of putting all that pressure on themselves, just go out and have fun.

Also in Josh's words, if we are lucky enough to get past our first game and play Michigan St., I hope someone has given him the tape from March of 2008 to study so we can replicate those results.

GTG!

If we do get to Mich State, we should have someone like G Johnson come out in a D Rose jersey, they would be done.

RE: Stay loose and stay sharp
I think once Josh gets his first tourney win...all the weight will be gone (from him anyway).
We can all fuss and gripe about wins and losses...but let's face it...the man is harder on himself than any of us could ever be.
I think a tourney win will loosen the pressure...and put some pep back into his step...as everything else he has done as a head coach has worked thus far. Now all he needs is to figure out the formula for winning tournament games...and his growth as a head coach will be complete.

He already worked out the first and maybe most important part of that formula - get at least a halfway decent seed. I have a feeling it's on this year.

RE: Stay loose and stay sharp
My only fear is that we will be too tight and feel pressured. I want us to be focused and confident, but loose. We have many ways to win the game. And our guys need to trust each other as they have been doing so well lately. They should press, but also let the game come to them.

I agree with that, big time.
