Yeah, I don't see any personal best times set at this one.

Nice category 5 climb just before the halfway point. As much as I've improved over the last 2 months, I probably could still PR it. I'll have statue to statue the weekend before, which will have a much longer category 5 climb.

Please, tell me what PR means.

Personal Record

Gracias. My personal record was last week, 22:27.

I ran one yesterday (unusual for me, I usually run one every couple of months or so), and had a 22:36. Good for second in my age group out of 15, and 9th out of 215 overall.

PR=personal record. I know it seems like a bit of a bold statement to believe you can do your personal best in a race. However, I feel like I'd be close to a PR right now on a normal course. Add in the torture I put my body through this weekend with the 2 half marathons, another month with my trainer, and another month of weight loss, and I should be pretty close.

My PR is 36:03.

I don't anticipate sniffing it on this run. As 5Ks go, this one's pretty brutal.

The only 5Ks I do are mud runs.
