With it being their first year, just getting it complete and to Houston sounds like their goal. Since they don't have a previous team to rely on for info, ideas, advice I think it's a reasonable goal.

Yeah the big evil companies will secret away the invaluable plans for the 20 mph flat straight road only, lay down, single seater soap box derby racer with rubber band tires, no suspension, and a 1/2 horsepower weed eater engine. There is a huge demand for those.
