No one has mentioned how his players have performed academically. does that count for anything? It's such a huge deal when teams fail in this area.

No. The fan base must have wins to inflate their egos because apparrently they live vicariously through the programs because their own lives are so lacking.

Reggie graduated a majoirty of players and very few times over his time were players benched for academic troubles. The APR hits in the AD over the years were mostly on football. Sadly there were also some nice recruits who just could not qualify with us, and ended up at places like Morehead St and D-2 schools.
