Funny, isn't it? Schiller is good enough to stick with one of the better NFL teams for multiple years, yet some say he was "bad" or "not very good" at NIU.
You really think Schiller was a good player at NIU? Really? Just because he spent a year on the practice squad in Atlanta doesn't change what I saw at NIU.

Britt had 14 catches for 113 yards and 0 TDs his senior year at NIU and was on the Patriots practice squad when they lost to the Giants in the Super Bowl last year.

Yes.
He led the team in tackling.

He played MLB, often the team leader in tackles. That team was also atrocious defensively, not surprising he had so many tackles. Delegal was 3rd on the team in tackles, and I think most would agree that he was subpar at best.

Last I saw, he was signed with Atlanta thru 2013 season. (I think he signed in Jan.)

Yes to Harnish...

E-mail I received a while back.
The NIU Football book is finally available! You can purchase the book at VCB Bookstore or the University Bookstore.

The author, Dan Verdun, will also be at the spring football game on Saturday, April 13 from noon - 2 pm with Huskie greats Bob Heimerdinger, Tom Beck, George Bork and Chandler Harnish. Come get autographs and purchase your copy. Verdun will be on the West Grass in the BIG tent.

I don't know that I'd run my mouth about Schiller that much, especially if you are planning on attending the Spring Game. Pretty Sure he knows who you are...

Not to mention, I've hung out with the guy, and seen his work ethic. The dude can ball, no question. Pretty sure practice squad is better than any NFL position your or I will ever achieve.

Who is running their mouth? I said I didn't think he was good at NIU. Am I supposed to change his mind because I might see him at the Spring Game? I've met him before and I like him, and I'm glad he's sticking with Falcons and I hope he has a long career, plays well, and makes a ton of money.

If Schiller is that concerned about what 7 is saying on an internet message board, maybe he should stop focusing on that and get back in the weight room.

Apparently I'm the first person here to say they didn't think a player was very good.

Not enough time spend there if he is still focused on an internet message board.
