Tricia wins COY.

Dola wins DPOY.

Rachel Tecca from Akron won POY.

Congrats Coach Cullop and Dola!!! Feel bad for Naama, I would like to see the final votes. Although, I guess a clean sweep would have been too much to ask.

Congratulations to Coach Cullop and Andola Dortch. I do believe had it been MVP rather than POY, Naama would have prevailed. POY has the connotation of individual accomplishment (I believe that Tecca is the leading scorer in the league which is the biggest of the individual stats) whereas Naama's biggest contribution is making everyone around her a better player and hence we have the best team.

Tecca is a good choice, but Naama would have been a better one.
#2 by 2 votes. Shows that many voters put her leadership skills ahead of individual stats. Too bad three more voters never felt the same way.

Congrats Toledo on getting a double and just missing the well deserved triple.

Looking forward to see Toledo win the MAC tournament.
If Akron gets an at large bid it will be due to Tecca.( and would lend support to the viewpoint that she was MAC POY.)

Akron has an RPI of 113 so I don't see how they could get an at large bid.

Central Michigan has an RPI of 68, Bowling Green is 105, Akron is 113, Miami is 169 and Ball State, which is seeded #2 in the MAC has an RPI of 180. In past years the AT LARGE invitations come from teams with RPI under 50. So it would seem to be almost impossible that anyone other than Central could get an at large bid. And given that Central has 11 losses and would have 12 losses (and a lower RPI) in order to be a candidate for at large, I don't see them getting in either. For reference Toledo has an RPI of 44 and it is dropping almost daily.
