No, they drove under the influence. That's completely different than consuming in your own home.

And how is this different? They consumed an illegal drug at home, got in their vehicle, and proceeded to kill innocent children. How is this different? Is it OK to murder someone within the confines of your home? Is it OK to steal in the confines of your home?. Of course not. Nice try.

The same reason that owning a gun and using it to kill someone are two different things.

That's sad but a knee jerk reaction the same as the desire to ban guns after mass shootings.

Once again, not even in the same universe as being close.

you sound like the type of idiot that thinks it's the equivelent of smoking crack rock.

I said tell me an instance of a person OVERDOSING on weed. I mean, geeze, we should outlaw alcohol, since alcohol + driving = not fun.

Great point.

If you are dumb enough to not see the difference, than you have bigger issues to worry about.

I wonder if Mississippi will be the last state to legalize pot? They do have a history of lagging 150 years behind the rest of the country when it comes to common sense laws...

nastybunch... please tell me you're trolling... I want to believe.

I love how he brings ''god" into this.

I don't believe in god and I smoke pot... I also volunteer with youth baseball and am a student.

What's the big deal?

You sir are a rarity in WV.

I've never been anywhere that god is so in your face. I stopped at a Walmart in the Lewisburg area last weekend while coming home from skiing and every book and trinket by the register (except candy and gum) was about god/jesus.

Most of my family lives in central WV and they are all super conservative christian.

"Legalizing" pot at the state level when it is federally illegal hardly constitutes a common-sense law.

Yeah, well, you know, thank goodness marijuana is illegal, otherwise everyone would be doing it.

I laugh, but it saddens me that people still believe the propaganda against marijuana. I personally don't smoke, but I also know the actual relative "harm" of it. There really isn't any, minus Taco Bell stock price going sky high.

Lastly I won't assume you are for small government/increased personal liberties, while against relaxed marijuana laws, for the cognitive dissonance that will give ya.

Actually, I cry, You have been fooled also. An obvious democrat you are. Probably don't believe in God, do ya?

Ohhhh goodness..

Better example in nastybunch's eyes than that dang longhair doper:
"Judge not lest ye be judged." -- Jesus

Alcohol should be prohibited too, right, nastybunch?

He needs to stop hanging out with LMcKay....

It's a gateway drug. If he keeps it up, carrot insertions will follow.

I think your understanding of that phrase is skewed. "Dime a dozen" indicates a large amount.
