UT to play the winer of #4 CMU vs likely #5 BGSUcks, in the semi-finals at noon in Cleveland Friday March 15th.

If the seeds hold true, the semi-final game will be the most difficult of the tournament.

I agree that UT might not match up as well with CMU or BG as with Akron or Ball State but the Lady Rockets appear to be peaking at just the right time and I get the sense that they are on a mission. So hang on, it might be a wild ride.

If BG gets to the Semis, they will have played on Wednesday and Thursday before that Friday.

Every game scares me. I want to see our seniors get to the NCAA. There cannot be a more deserving group.

I say bring on CMU, Class versus Sass, the rubber match.

BGSU would be better then CMU for the Lady Rockets.

Hard to say without CMU's #2. We beat both on their homecourt, neutral court with a crowd advantage should be easier. BG is not the BG of other years and CMU still scares me more, though.

What does Los Vegas say, regarding the odds?
I would guess Toledo are favored to win.

I would rather lay BGSU with them having played on consecutive nights before the semifinal matchup. This could be particularly advantageous if Central Michgian stretched BG to the wire in the previous game....rather than losing in a blowout like they did at BG earlier in the year.

Kent State at BG

Ohio at Miami

Northern Illinois at Buffalo

Western Michigan at Eastern Michigan

BGSUcks beats KSU 76-35.

Miami beat the Bobcats 83-61

Buffalo beat the Huskies 56-46

Western Michigan beat the Eagles 80-72

On a side note, I really hope that the MAC moves the women's tourny to the Huntington Center next time the contract is up with the Q (IIRC, they just signed a new deal just a couple years ago ). The Q is too alrge for the women's tourny, and Toledo seems to be more centrally located and has more WBB fans in this area with UT and bgSUCKS.

womens tourney would be awwwesome in Toledo. toledo and bg would draw huge. would be drivable for the decent fanbases in cmu and ball state. and akron and kent would bring fans when they are good. would only really suck for buffalo, and the fact ut and bg would get the homecourt on top of being powerhouses
