TXST took out UTSA in a non-conference game (go figure that one out) last night 6-0

Course, their star had gotten arrested Monday night after breaking in to an apt and beating up the boyfriend of his former girlfriend.

Conference games will be later this year.

TXST travels to Oregon this weekend for 5 games.
3 vs Oregon State then 2 vs Oregon on Tues & Weds (Spring break around here allows for the travel)

TROY had a good OC game lined up at Samford tuesday night, but unfortunately the weather caused them to postpone the game.

USA beat USM 6-5 after an ugly first 2 innings. I'm liking our bullpen this year, which was killing us the last 2 or 3 years.

Those Southern Missers are reeling right now. They are 1-4 over their last 5 games. All 5 games have been against SBC teams. ULM took a mid week game, TROY took 2/3 this past weekend and South AL just took a mid week game. Now they get to look forward to a 3 game series with ULL this weekend!

Southern Miss' pitching depth is a concern for them; their weekend rotation is strong and Myrick is good out of the pen, but besides that not too many arms they can count on right now. Pierce is as legit a Friday night guy as any.

WKU's baseball team must be horrible this season...They are losing to everyone (Belmont,Austin Peay, Southern Illinois, Central Michigan)..They promoted an assistant up before last season, maybe this guy was an assistant for a reason....The hc we had was one of our best and left to go to ODU....

My bad. ULM beat McNeese 17-8. Have Northwestern St., in a weird one there and two at ULM, this weekend and Ole Miss at home Tuesday and Wednesday.
