Also, that Florida team UL beat could care less about playing UL. They were playing like they did not want to be their. Even their fans did not care enough to travel to sugar bowl.

And they were overrated which was exploited in the Sugar Bowl. They almost lost at home to Louisiana Monroe for crying out loud.

Field and weather conditions may have played just a small tiny factor in that game. I think we passed the ball maybe 4 times.

UC lost at UL last year 34-31 in OT if I'm not mistaken, we also have a large majority of our team back next year. Looking for payback on an undefeated and TOP TEN ranked Louisville team at Nippert on Dec. 5. Should be an outstanding environment and game. This is what is going to happen to the Cards>

In all fairness, their out of conference schedule absolutely stinks. No, we aren't the greatest confernce in the world, but it's much better than the rest of their schedule.

They have reason to be excited. A pathetic OOC schedule and a weakened Big East schedule. Combine that with a team returning almost everyone from last year... hard to pick a game for them to lose, but I think they'll manage to drop one.

YeaH, and I can show you all of the pictures I took there that shows that statement is full of ****. In reality they did have 20,000 fans there, and they were ready to play (they played the entire year to get to the Surgar Bowl after they lost to Georgia). They only "didn't want to be there" after they were down by nearly three touchdowns.

By the way, the fans of every team with a contender, SHOULD think they can go undefeated.

Sorry, but when you get them they will be just off of a loss to an under appreciated Memphis team.

We will see how their program handles expectations...They have been building out of a deep hole over the last few years. Things tend to change a little when you are expected to win. With that said I can understand why some of their fans feel this way but I seriously doubt anyone associated with the football program in an official capacity feels this way.

It is hard to win football games in College Football these days, it is very competitive with very little talent difference for most programs, usually it has more to do with depth. While on paper their schedule does not appear that daunting we all know there are some pretty good football teams on their conference slate and it would be very difficult to run the table.

Should be a fun season of Big East football....I wish my Pirates were playing with you guys this season.

Truth be told... I think the loss of Syracuse and Pitt made their schedule tougher.

Arrogance is one thing -- what Louisville fans are doing is rather justified. Fans of any BE team in their position would feel the exact same way. I'm sure most think there will be challenging games here and there, but that they should have a shot to go undefeated which is all true.

Won't be easy, in particular the home games vs UCF and Houston (though they're home, so you'd have to give them the leg up) and at Cincy to end the season. I agree with the UL poster though -- with their schedule (referring to OOC) if they go undefeated they'll certainly be behind all other undefeated teams and perhaps a 1 loss SEC team for a title shot. No disrespect meant, it's just perception...they'll start behind all those contenders most likely and it'll be an uphill battle to overtake them.
