We catch UCF at home after consective weeks of them playing at Penn State and then hosting South Carolina. They also play Louisville the next game after our game.

I was thinking the South Carolina game would be a letdown/trap game in between playin Penn St. and Memphis...

I think we last beat them before the entered C-USA. I think it was a schedule deal where they would get to play some C-USA teams before their join date.

Isn't it a good sign to see football posts during basketball season? I'm all for keeping both sports interesting 365 days a year.

If not for that crucial fumble on the goal line last season...that game could have gone either way, IMO.

We played them tough last year...and that was before the light came on.

I thought we beat them one time in Orlando when we had DeAngelo. When I met O'Leary, he was drunk as Cooter Brown in the Atlanta airport, he sure hated "that little dumb as a box of rocks running back from Memphis". Didn't DeAngelo go for like 250 against them once down there? We should have won that.

Oh well, yes it is nice to see Tiger fans talking Memphis Football in March. Noticeable Improvement by the fan base.

Now, THAT is one game on our schedule I want to win.

According to http://tripstigers.com/ we are 1-8 all-time against UCF. 0-8 in C-USA and our lone win was 9/22/90 in Memphis.

You're probably thinking of South Florida. In 04 we beat them 31-15 at their place and DeAngelo had 200+ yards

This is going to a great year. May not be a 10 win or so season, but I believe that it is going to change our program and show people that we can be something special.
