He didn't show up for the post game press conference, which according to most of the local media has never happened in their time covering the Herd and some of them have been going for 30 years.

To add to that he would never schedule us when he was the coach at Morehead St. They played a home-home one time right before he got there and then he ended it. Morehead is like 1 hour from Huntington.

Just wondering if anyone has any insight into why he is acting this way.

Seems like a legitimate question, though.

Probably just pissed Marshall killed his NCAA at large hopes.

On the subject of he, I like him. The games I've watched him coach I like what he does and I like the things I've seen from him off the court from the Harlem Shake video to the very topic of this thread. May e he didn't feel like getting interviewed. I personally see nothing wrong with that and can appreciate it as it would get annoying.

Ah Jonesing. The funniest thing is that your NCAA at large hopes were gone at the start of December!

Eh.. Next year they won't be because ECU will be on the way to the nBw.. And that'll automatically make them 1000x better. Same with football.. ECU will more than likely get a BCS bid this season since they are headed to the nBw.

**Notice this is not a slight at all ECU fans, just Jonesy.**

IF the Aresco Conference to be Named Later does hold onto the BCS bowl AQ for that final year it will OBVIOUSLY earn its place there just as all the Big East teams prior had obviously earned and deserved those games.

Right???!?!

I've said this a few times, but the Herd is a mystery. There's a good reason why some picked them to come in 2nd in the conference; there's a lot of talent there.....scary good talent, in fact.

I'm not being critical of Herrion, or the players; but something just doesn't add up. That team could/should be sitting on 20+ wins. Perhaps it's team chemistry, or something else; but this has to be a frustrating year for Herd fans.

Basically, it was a matchup between the most underachieving & overachieving teams in C-USA. Perhaps in college basketball.
Really thought MU would challenge UM this year.
But, who knows what happens come tournament time?

People have bad days. Coaches have 'em too. Maybe it's better he just didn't show up than go say something stupid.
