Happy that we gave someone else a quality win
Just don't understand why this group of players can't get over the hump. In over 30 years of watching Tiger basketball I've never seen anything like it. Even our worse teams could pull off huge upsets. This team, in 3 seasons, hasn't pulled off one unexpected victory, and loses to every on par non conference program it faces. Of course it's funny that the media will hate on us for this, but all 4 teams that have beat us will get credit for a quality win, yet our team sucks & should be on the bubble.

I was working a late night and didn't get to see the game. I haven't watched it on DVR yet. All I see is that we had a bad shooting night and free throws cost us the game. What else cost us the game?

Tigers missed 12 freethrows.
Xavier missed 12 freethrows.
That is called a wash in my book.

Well...they did shoot 18 more FT's too. I guess we can attribute probably 4 of those to the "gotta foul" type situation". We also missed the front end of all our 1 & 1's.

But offensive rebounding is the glaring stat. They had 16 to our 8. We pull down just 6 more defensive rebounds and limit them to 10 then we win by 4-6 and you aren't on here bitching and baiting as much as you have been today.
