That's a half-truth. When Larry asked me to be an honorary game captain, share pre-game meal with the team, and do the Tiger Walk with them in 2010, I agreed to do any game but MTSU. He appreciated and understood my loyalty to the Blue Raiders so I did it for the Tulsa game.

At what point did you realize that a Larry Porter coached Memphis team was the most undisciplined and poorly coached team in the history of Memphis football?

Wasn't that 48-7 loss to Tulsa the game the Memphis offense came out with back to back illegal procedure penalties on their attempted first play from scrimmage? It happened so often that I lost track of which games it occured.
