What one player...
What one player from an opposing team are you glad to see go?

For me, I am glad to see Harry Peoples of ULL go. He seemed to always kick it up a notch vs. ULM.

I will be glad to see Teeng Akol from Western Kentucky University hit the door. I am sick and tired of watching him play....

Is this supposed to be football or basketball or just whatever? and yes I realize this is about "opposing" teams. but Teeng is help the other team more than he helps western.

Missing Games, Weak Hands, Non-existent aggression, Slow feet, CONSTANTLY SHOOTING THREES, weak hands, skipping study hall, and weak hands....

I'd have to do some thinking about players this year...

But in basketball I was so relieved to see WKU's Orlando Mendez-Valdez and his "There's Something About Mary" hair gel self leave. I swear it seemed like he played there for 10 years. The dude got up for USA.

OMV worked hard for everything he got, and he GOT UP for every minute of Basketball that he got to play on the hill. He was what embodies WKU athletics.

Here is an interesting stat about OMV. Even with WKU's rich history in hoops, OMV is only player in WKU history to have a triple double.

There's a very good reason for that...

Asst wasn't keep as a stat till the late 60's and blocks till the late 70s

I was glad to see Terry Catledge of USA go and then Jeff Hodge 3 or 4 years later but that was back in the SBC glory years.

OMV was a player that I was glad to see go too, heard his name WAAAAAYYY too much last bball season. Even if assist were not tallied for a while, I still would've expected someone else to have recorded a 3x2
