Spilled milk. My only hope is that UCF plays well enough to be shown in Houston. I do not get the Brighthouse network games, and that sucks more than the contract itself. Plus, look to the bright side, it is only for six years.

Time to let my Pres and AD know what I think of their inept handling of this issue. If they are part in signing this garbage then well the shoe fits.

Oh I can't wait to hear Aresco try to spin this garbage. Why is he still employed? Dan Bebee wishes the B12 was this understanding of failure.

If this is a "match" then that would mean ESPN matched the exposure and promotional activity NBC promised. That means one of two things--

Either we will see much greater exposure and promotion on ESPN than in the past

Or---all the promises of exposure and massive promotion being discussed were not guaranteed in the NBC contract. In which case the NBC contract was never worth spit to begin with.

I wouldn't be surprised if your second scenario is true. It is obvious to anyone with a brain that NBC is not yet serious about entering CFB. If they were, they would have overpaid for the product to keep ESPN from matching.
