You answered your own question.

I must have missed that myself.
Do know that App State is ranked Number 1 in Baseball RPI by Warren Nolan's rankings right now. That impressive win against #8 NC State with their all everything pitcher helped a lot. Hoping for another forty something win season, and all the way this year.

ULM was ranked #1 in RPI at this time last year, too. Enjoy it, it's kinda nice for the week or so you'll be there.

1. Don't rely too heavily on Warren Nolan's RPI.
2. Let's wait a while before starting to look at RPI (need more of sample size to calculate the RPI).
3. Always wait until Boyd's World starts releasing his RPI and then only follow that one. His is nearly identical to the NCAA RPI calculation. Not sure when he starts publishing his RPI.

Yea, RPI at this point means about as much as a hitter's Batting Avg. after a 3 game series.

Color me happy that it is worth about nothing this early. We just beat UH and our RPI dropped from 46 to 193 04-jawdrop

Never seen ours that low.

I saw ULM beat Sam Houston State tonight...thats a really nice win. ASU begins a 3 game set with Western Illinois with a doubleheader tomorrow.

Here's a fun nugget - Stephen F Austin at 0-4 has a higher RPI than South, who swept them last weekend, and is 5-0.

Thanks Chiefsfan. I listened to it and Cale Wine for ULM went the distance. SH is a quality club and we were very glad to get the win. Winning the series would be great. Good luck to astAte against Western Illinois.
