This BigEastHomer dude gets pretty frequent computer access from his prison cell.

It amazes me the the football schools, save UConn who is out very soon, even want the name. It's so badly tarnished now. They could have a great opportunity with national recognition to create a brand instead they will waste it on repairing an old brand.

I wonder the same thing, the fans that want it the most are the fans of schools that have yet to even play a game under the BE banner...

What does that have to do with anything? Check the fanbases of every program that has accepted invitations to new conferences. From Texas A&M fans buying SEC apparel before playing a down... To Louisiana Tech fans excited to put CUSA avatars on their message boards... To Rutgers fans excited to put B1G on their fields...

All before they even play a game under those banners. It's just part of the transition. Do you actually expect the fans to pine over their former homes until that said point?

UCF and SMU got to the Big East the same way you did Marquette fan.

And UCONN is the most prolific Big East basketball program.

Since ECU and Navy are Football schools only. I would go after Villanova and Georgetown for basketball only. Lets see what happens to the C5 after that.

Yeah why make more money and be a leader in a conference? You just better hope we don't take UConn from you. The C7 isn't coming back. I have a better chance of having a 3some with Emma stone and mila kunis than you guys getting GTown and nova.

At least our schools will be looked at as being in a power conference.

But Yeah, totally. UCF and Houston are so relevant in college athletics. Ha. You will call yourself the Big East, but no one will treat you that way. You are CUSA but not as good.
