How'do you do this?

You go into your profile. You can do this by clicking your username (either in the top right corner of the screen, or next to one of your posts.

The next step is to go to the left side of the screen and click "edit options". About halfway down the right side of the screen, you will see a drop-down menu allowing you to adjust the post display settings.
