Just curious...did it measure up to the hype?

we had tickets to the steelers rams superbowl at the rose bowl in 1980. my dad gave the tickets to his boss who gave them to his boss.

Yes ... Rams/Patriots in New Orleans following the 2001 season.

We're big Rams fans, so the result was obviously devastating. However, in retrospect, the entire experience was fantastic.

That being said ... we considered it a once-in-a-lifetime bucket list kind of thing, and probably wouldn't spend the money/energy to do it again.

It's on my bucket list. I am going to try for tickets in Santa Clara gets the superbowl in the next few years.

It was awesome...Packers/Pats...1996...New Orleans...30 year wait for Packer fans finally paid off.

Went to the game in the Superdome where the 49ers blew out the Broncos 55-10. Game-wise, it wasn't too exciting, but the atmosphere and energy were a lot of fun to be a part of.
