Just to get our minds off of how tragic the men's bball team is this year I thought I'd tell you guys about something that happened to me.

I live in Richmond now since graduating in '10 and still hang with several of my fellow ODU brethren, who are also working in the city.

So the other day I was sitting at a pretty popular locale on their campus waiting for my friend to lock up his bike. Unfortunately as he chained up his bike I saw that he pulled out a VCU sweatshirt. However before he made it into the restaurant for me to rip into him, a homeless man quietly lifted the sweatshirt from his possession while he was still fighting with his bike chain.

After he finished, he looked around frantically for his sweatshirt that had just been stolen. Finally he gave up and walked into the restaurant with a defeated look on his face. While setting his backpack on the table, he looked to me and said, "I think someone took my sweatshirt while I was chaining my bike." I then asked to confirm, "Was it a VCU sweatshirt?" He confirms, "Yeah how'd you know?" I then responded, "Well I saw a proud VCU alum walk by and snatch it while you were chaining your bike."

He wasn't amused. Lol. But hey, now that guy has a sweatshirt to keep him warm and I don't have to look at that monstrosity on my friend ever again. Lol.

Hah, brilliant.

OMG, were you there? Lol. I looked almost identical. Lol.

I thought you were going to say your friend was upset, because he used the sweatshirt to wipe off his bike tires! That's what I would use it for.
