Who gets the ax?

Personally, I'd like to see him take Nyarsuk's spot. He only has a year left and doesn't seem to add much for us.

Nyarsuk is the closest thing we have to a center next year.

I haven't heard much on this in a while, but I do not believe DeShaun Morman has done the work to qualify yet.

I really hope this doesn't mean that Morman isn't going to qualify.

Makes sense if we go to the 5 out 0 in offense. We need a tutorial on what position Jermaine plays.

Gaines may be more likely than Nyarsuk.

He is a 3 who will likely play at the 4 spot a lot next year. However, it will be more of the 4 that Rubles plays where he is getting touches on the wing.

Guys, Nyarsuk and Gaines aren't going anywhere, come on. One of the incoming guards will get prepped.

With both Rubles and Jackson figuring to see a ton of minutes next year, I see Lawrence spending a lot more time on the perimeter than the high post.

Really? You want to run off a 7-2 guy that basically erases the paint?

He may not be superman down low, but he has been more than competent as a reserve. Remember how Cheikh didn't do much last year, and how he is a big contributor now? I expect similar progression from D-Ny.

Most people don't INSTANTLY become BE caliber players.

St. Johns has about 30 players on their roster, but you only get 13 Scholly? Correct.
Someone might pay their own way for a year. Not every kid has poor parents.

You cannot for any reason not accept a player with his talent, maybe nobody leaves or maybe somebody pays their own way, it will all work itself out, me I'm just going to enjoy.

I will wait until all the incoming recruits are eligible before I try and figure out who is the odd man out

That would be the respectful thing to do.

I guess BJ will have to hold off with his projected lineups for the next 4 years.

From what I understand Johnson's family is well off and he's a very good student. Maybe an academic scholarship or pays his own way for a year. I'm sure Mick has a plan.
