Double Game Thread: MBB vs Hofstra/WBB @ Towson
Yeap, a double double, haha...Both games start at 7 PM Thursday. When posting, I will just say MBB up/down then score, and the same for WBB-WBB up/down, etc... Confusion at it's finest.

Wasn't it Hofstra that had multiple players arrested and now are only playing with like 2 scholarship players?

Game notes: http://www.jmusports.com/ViewArticle.dbm...=206184060
"Hofstra (5-15, 2-5 CAA) will enter the Convocation Center on a four-game losing streak after winning two of its first three conference games. Sophomore guard Taran Buie has come into his own this season, scoring at least 20 points four times and failing to reach double digits only twice. Buie averages 15.1 points per game, good for the ninth-best mark in the CAA."

"TOWSON SCOUTING REPORT
The Tigers are 7-11 this season, including a 1-6 record when facing Colonial Athletic Association opponents. The lone league win for Towson came against UNCW on Jan. 27 when the Tigers defeated the Seahawks 55-53, snapping a six-game losing streak. Picked to finish ninth (tied with William & Mary), Towson is currently in a tie for last place in CAA standings with George Mason.
Junior guard Tanisha McTiller is the offensive powerhouse of the Tigers' lineup, averaging 17.4 points per game, good for second in the league, and knocking down 79-of-108 shots from the charity stripe. She also leads Towson in rebounds (7.4), assists (3.4) and steals (2.2).
Senior forward Michelle Peebles posted an 18-point, 10-rebound double-double performance in the Tigers' first league victory on Sunday. She is now averaging 9.3 points per game overall and shooting 47.9 percent from the field.
Defensively, redshirt junior Nyree Williams is in charge of ending opponents' shot opportunities. She leads the team in offensive rebounds (3.1) as well as blocked shots (1.3). Her blocked-shots average is good for third-best in the league."
