So close!
Before I go on a mini tirade here, I will say sorry for bringing this back up. Had a couple minutes to waste, I was dumb and went to you tube and watched the edited version of the OB. Damn.... Damn! Damn! Damn! NIU was a lot closer to being in that game than I thought. Watching it live then on the screen was way different. So many dropped balls that we normally catch, miss tackles, and our Hero Lynch did not have a great game. FS was fast, but a few more things go our way and we are looking at a 1 score game, maybe an upset. Lynch had way more time than I thought in the pocket. Our D played well up front, gave up some plays deep. I cannot believe what a difference it makes watching on TV, see a lot more.
I am kicking myself for watching, feel like I just left the OB now! I have to think NIU will be licking their chops for this year, a lot to prove coming off the OB.

Again, I am sorry, congrats FSU and FU Toledo.

Go Huskies........

WE will recruit an O-line and a quality RB (even better then the Womble) and bounce back.

To me Bowers has shown that he is better than Womble.

That is a pretty low bar. I dream of a 1000 yard RB like the good old days.

MileHigh - I wonder if you watched the 14+ min condensed version like I did because I got the same feeling and had the same thoughts you did after doing so. That's the one that showed every play. That video gave you the impression that we could have turned it around at any point. I wish all the haters would watch that to see the final score really wasn't indicative of the game.

Who is Isaac Bobo?

He's a RB from several years ago that never played in games AFAIK, as least not at RB, but we saw him briefly in the spring games and he looked kind of good to me.

NIU played well. We reached the red zone and had the interception been a TD , the score would have ben tied and Herbstreit would have lost all his credibility.

That's the one, showed momentum for both teams well. I wish it would have shown reviewed plays, I still think he was down. :)

This actually was done for all FSU games by this YouTube user and I can watch the whole season in about 2 hours. LOL.

It is amazing how much fluff is involved and these 15 minute games take 3 hours.

While there were definitely plays missed by NIU, watching that replay, I can find many plays where FSU missed wide open receivers and left points on the field for sure.

All in all a good game and not the blowout many were expecting. NIU proved they can handle the BCS teams and were not afraid.

Good point, FSU did have a lot of misses as well. It was weird watching the game like that, getting pissed over a play is nothing, you don't have time to get pissed because by the time you get pissed 3 plays have already occurred. Beat Iowa

Nice post man. We are in the same conference and have been a formidable opponent for decades, but if you want to congratulate the Noles and tell us to F U, that is your call! I think you will find that there arent as many Rocket haters as you think since many of us have met each other and tailgated together. Watch the Toledo game again too. You will see that Toledo was that close too. We lost, end of story, but no need for the F U stuff. That is low class!

15 minutes for an entire game? Wow. Didn't realize there was that much extra time in there.
