No quiet or dead periods, no restrictions on contact. Chaos indeed. This is going to be brutal on coaches and recruits alike.

Don't worry if the Prez has his way, college fb as we know it won't exist or smaller schools won't be able to afford to pay players, which I believe is the White House's real mission. Simply return college fb to real student-athletes and develop a minor league system that is partially funded by the NFL for individuals looking to go that route.

meh... it basically okays what ever coach is already doing. before it was burner phones and alternative phone numbers. now the ncaa is just walking away from even trying. which in reality is a good move by them. they are beyond terrible when it comes to college football.

The NCAA couldn't enforce the old rules anyway. The NCAA is like having the DeKalb police department trying to protect and serve the entire US. It's way underfunded and unsuited to the task. The NCAA is basically a semi-pro wild west.

It's like the idiots that caught cheating with steroids. There are SO MANY ways to cheat, just don't pick the easiest way to get caught and you'll probably be fine.

And look at the Miami thing. Even when the NCAA should have a program dead to rights, they mess it up. It's chaos already.
