I'll start with Robert Freaking Dozier. He seems like the forgotten man on our huge run, but he started almost every game, hit some huge shots, and was a match up nightmare for the opposition.

Shyrone Chatman! His senior year Cal had him playing point and it seemed like everyone was either injured or transferring..

Cedric Henderson......bigger,badder,better CDR and a great person ta boot, not a little ish like CDR. FYI still love the Tiger CDR but too many neg. stories to back him up now.

Would definitely agree that Garner was way underrated. If that kid ever had any semblance of a jump shot, he would have been an NBA mainstay. I have never seen a quicker basketball player than Chris Garner.

Not sure that Ced was "underrated", I think people consider him a Tiger great, just a step below the elite ... same with Carney.

Douglas, I think he was a McD's All American. Based on his contribution versus people's perception, you might be right.

How do you define this. I think Garner is under rated but he was basically a four year starter. If it has to be a reserve someone like Willie Becton.

But Omar Sneed would be my overall choice because most folks just dont realize what a beast he was.

You can't have this thread without Omar Sneed mention. He was one of the craftiest low post scorers I've ever seen.
