It's important to note that what the Buffalo Common Council saw was a pie in the sky dream with *no* direction at all as to funding. It *can* happen but it will be something that the Bills, the County, and the State all kick in on. The State *could* kick in with the provision UB gets to use it.

I'm still hesitant as to putting a stadium *anywhere* but on campus (north or south campus) but I could live with something like this if the current light rail is extended to Amherst and then from the HSBC Arena to where ever they build the stadium.
