Truthfully, I think that it will be either ECU or Southern Miss in the East; I would go with ECU simply because of the coaching transition. Marshall and UAB will also be better.

In the West, it will boil down to Rice or Tulsa. Right now, I would go with Rice.

West: LA Tech/Tulsa Winner ... thinking LA Tech (depends on when we play, early season may lose to Tulsa, but like our chances the later in the year we get).

Based on schedule, returning talent, and coaching, I've got the early non-homer pick of Marshall at Rice for the C-USA Championship. MTSU and ECU could also win the East (I hope USM is competing too, but this is non-homer) and Tulsa has a good shot at the West as well.
