Jon Gordon's Energy Bus is a great book for any organization/group.

Gordon has done speaking engagements with some pro teams and many college teams that have "implemented" the Energy Bus prior (made players read/live the book's simple principles. "Energy Bus").

If you think about it, this team hasn't had everybody playing well at the same time all year...If that were to occur, you've got quite a ride on your hands

My son is friends with a couple of the players, so it came from them.

He reminds me of Rob Lowe's character on "Parks and Recreation."

Yeah I read the book when he mentioned it in his interview...

Easy read and it does give alot of insight into some of his philosophies...

Heck you even see it when he said Tarik is ON the caravan(BUS)
