We're relatively small, but play hard and play good defense. Interested how we do against SMU.

...pretty solid 9 deep and favored by four...all losses on the road....losses by 8, 8, 10, and 8 so nobody has ripped us....never easy in this spot but never thought I would see us favored on the road against Larry Brown...we haven't given up 70 yet this year....our defense is scary good in the front court and baseline to the bucket...size is our weakness but ball movement improvements have made up for this in transition....should be a great game

if SMU can score in the paint, then it will cause us problems....haven't watched them yet...anyone familiar with their style of play?

I don't think there's any shot there are 140 pts scored in this game. SMU plays pretty good fundamental defense. We only allowed 63 at Arizona which is one of the top offensive teams in the country. Give up 69 to SMU and we lose this game unless it's double OT.

i gave them 69 points, as they average 64 ppg, and I figure 5 points at home would be more than enough, but yeah, considering we tend to hold teams well under their average, that may just be way too many points for the over-under.

This game will be in the 50s or low 60s.

I was really high on the Ponies early.

They are a horrible team from 3.

Pretty close. Final was 74-70 as SMU becomes the first team to score 70+ on us.

Arizona had like 27 turnovers that game as well.

We're #2 in the country in steals/game.

...AZ was the one road game we could have won...the other losses are legit all the way...LT, NMSU, and WST don't suck either...all on the road...we couldn't handle that 9' monster from NMSU to save our life.

Carey and Boardinham are starting to make this a totally different team.....and we get them both back next year with Carey being a Frosh!
