Comparative scores
MTSU won at ULL and USA by 14 and 6, respectively.
We lost at ULL and USA by 9 and 15, respectively.

The big one- MTSU beat Ole Miss, we lost to Ole Miss by 40.

Glad to see Ole Miss doing well with a real shot to win the SEC. Still appreciate their coach playing us a straight up home and home. Not too many BCS coaches would do that. I would like to think we would play Ole Miss a lot closer now. Probably wouldn't lose by more than 30.

RE: Comparative scores
Hogs have hardly even been able to beat them at Ole Miss. And even with some of their greatest teams. No shame for us.

Anytime you get beat by 40 it should be a shame. You shouldn't be scheduling people who are capable of beating you by 40. Ass whippings like that can leave scars.

Ole Miss appears better than anyone thought. It was the first game for our young team. Not a good combination.

RE: Comparative scores
I wish we would go back to scheduling lower-tier Big Six teams - where we stand a chance of winning.

Wake Forest
Penn State
TCU
Utah
South Carolina

People like that.

Ain't that the truth and Amen. Schedule schools that you at least have an outside chance of beating, and if you don't win, you won't get humiliated.
