Looks like they are forcing you to access it through their site. Is anyone able to extract the source url, if they have one?

This is where I WAS able to see the full screen view. Now I get the page cannot be found message.

Go to google.com. Type in Chessick Center. Click on "The campaign for Chessick Practice Center". On the right side of the screen, you will see "view our webcam". Click on it and the live webcam will appear !!

Whether you Google or not.....it's pretty damn impressive what they've done so far. A great addition to the Huskie sports complex.
