KirkH: Was ND perhaps a bigger joke in title game
silent night, last night in south bend.

never saw the freight train coming.

Tide may be strong enuff to beat a few weaker NFL teams...what hath Saban wroth?

Bama is a great team, one of the best ever in college football. But, the worst team in the NFL would beat them and beat them badly.

Didn't NFL teams play college teams as exhibitions long time ago? And the college players sometimes beat them? But long time ago the NFL was a part-time job for the players and today they are 365-day professionals unlike college players who are "required'' to go to classes. I would think that the worst NFL teams would destroy Alabama in all phases.

In the 42 College All-Star Games, the NFL champions won 31, the All-Stars won nine, and two ended in ties.

The last game was played at Soldier Field in 1976.

I'm not so sure. If Bama played as well as they did in the Champ game...and the Bears played as bad against them as they did playing the Vikings...well...who knows. 03-lmfao

it took college ALL STAR teams to beat NFL teams. all NFL teams are former college all star teams.
