RE: UC Basketball Trouble
At least we aren't Georgetown . Yet to hit 50 in Big East play . Losing to Pitt by 28 at home last night .

Our game with them should be a real barn burner. I'd say the first one to 40 wins , but Georgetown has already won a 39-37 game.

IMO, the preBE schedule helps us get ready, but also GOOD
coaches in BE see the tape and tendencies. ND knew just
how to attack us, and we didn't adjust/have the answers.
We aren't dynamic enough, especially at the 4 and 5, to be able to impose our will on well coached teams.

If I were guessing, I would say that in addition to the inside game "problem" which BJunk and I were so smart to recognize even before the season began, there may be other, non game-day issues.

Egos, brain matter distribution, personalities, practice slackers, abrasive coaching techniques, irritating head coach smirk.

Could be anything. What I do know is that there is something going on that I don't know about.

The problems are the same many have seen all year. We often play 3 on 5 when we have the ball and when outside shots don't fall, the zone is kryptonite.

As far as ND, anyone just think that team is pretty damn tough?

RE: UC Basketball Trouble
Probably been said earlier, but if UC had played St John's on saturday as hard as hard as they did ND on monday, they would be 2-1 instead of 1-2 in the BE right now.

Yes. I mean no. Tricky lawyer. Tricky lawyers are always trying to confuse the common man with their slick talk. When Obama comes to take away your automatic weapons, and I know he will, I'm gonna kick your a$s. Yes, I am.

Rutgers beat St. John's in MSG last night 58-56. They are 11-3, 2-1 in the Big East. It may be a winnable game for UC, but it will be very difficult to do so on their home floor.

now, now, no time for panic. Everything does not always go as planned. They will have a tough test tonight at Rutgers. I'd be surprised if we win this game.
