One more game and we are done with college football for a while. I love it but say thank God, not sure I could handle much more. I know we all amp it down a little after the season, I have really enjoyed talking and meeting a lot of you on the board at the Orange Bowl. I love the Huskies and I love our fans, especially how we all have the Huskie Chip on our shoulder. Have a great off season you guys, and gals.

Well I'm already going through football withdrawal. Not a good sign.

My name says it all guys. I NEVER need a break or tire of Huskie football. I could watch it 365 days a year!

That said...we have a few games saved on DVR and a few DVDs burned of others. And there are the NFL playoffs to watch still.

It has been a season like no other...really had a great time & I'm so glad to have met some of you!

We always have signing day too!

I believe, but am not sure, that there is some game called "basketball" and it is played at NIU? Anybody hear anything about this "basketball?"

Something is played at NIU. Not sure if it's basketball, but it's something!

I am planning on being at both the men's and women's games this weekend. Actually, all of my weekends until the beginning of March are booked with either men's or women's basketball....or both.

Sorry...not for me. Just doesn't have the same appeal or excitement. I TRIED to get into it...but it is just not for me.

I find it enjoyable, but frustrating. I pray for the day we start winning some games. Right now, at least my nerves fare pretty well. Sitting through the games is pretty relaxing, because you sort of have an idea of what the outcome will be. But, it's still fun and makes the winter pass by more quickly.

I enjoy watching the women play. Much less frustrating.

All kidding aside, my last basketball games at NIU was in the mid to late 90's, with TJ Lux and crew and the NCAA Tourney qualification.

All things considered, I feel I went out at the right time and the memories are great.

Until last year, I had never been to the Convo, after having watched quite a few at the field house. Only went to a few games last year.
