Other teams have worn #27 to honor the Newtown victims which probably lead to the confusion over why UC is wearing the number. There were 27 victims. Adding the dead mother would equal 27 killed in Newtown.

Never makes sense to honor Tyman. 03-lmfao Twyman on the other hand was a great basketball player and an even better person. His guardianship of Maurice Stokes is one of the great stories in human history.

Twyman was a great basketball player and an even better human being.

I would be surprised if the shooting percentage wasn't LOWER than 27%.

does anyone else think those new uniforms colors looking to be an orangy trim color instead of red? on tv, it sure does to me. I wonder what they look like in person.

I expect it's a similar neon color that was on our tournament jersey's last year. Would love for the pink/orange trim to be closer to red, but I like these and expect they'll look good on TV.

I'm just hoping we look good on TV. To hell with the uniforms. Roll Tide.

Notre Dame wore similar uniforms in their black out game against Kentucky, from a distance it looked like they were wearing plane black jerseys.

maybe they should wear the jersey over their heads next time....can't hurt their shooting any worse than it is right now

They did shoot 47% overall tonight and 43% on 3's. They had 18 assists and only 9 turnovers. Offense wasn't the problem tonight. ND was just better offensively.

I watched at home and I liked the jerseys on TV; I'd like to see them again hopefully in a win.
