First verbal
Did anyone see that Persky is reporting coach Fleck got his first verbal commit from Corey Davis, brother of CMU's Titus. And for you cry babies, Fleck has scheduled a visit for 2 Delray Beach, FL kids.

At least it's starting. Who are the kids from Delray beach Florida ? If they are the kids from Atlantic they are pre staff recruits so Principle Dunn should be alright as it only cost a phone call to recruit guys the previous staff worked on

Estime is as soft a verbal as it gets, it seems. Not that I love our chances considering some of the offers he has.

I just tweeted the info again this morning after it was reported last night from the @WMURivals Twitter account.

David confirmed the commitment with Davis last night after we caught wind of the possibility. Haven't updated the site yet. Things have been moving pretty quickly on the recruiting front since Fleck has arrived in town. Trying to keep up with him!

Reality is these Florida kids were recruited by BC and RC not the new regime. Not to say that it's bad to follow up but the Florida recruiting of kids that time and money was put into prior to Dunns decision does not state their is anything that differs from the 6 hour scale Dunn and coach Fleck have implemented The effort and time was put in by the prior staff in Florida. Personally would think that these kids have nothing or are taking a cool trip up north if they are searching this late. Worth the chance though

Just to clarify, we're waiting to update the site itself until we confirm with certain people as is standard procedure.

"I'd love to take a ton of kids from Florida." -P.J. Fleck

Does that state anything different?

:hissyfit:For a person who lives 1,500 miles away D.B. sure knows a lot. Now me who lives on Kalamazoo, goes to all the games fb/bb and coaches luncheons etc and has talked personally with Dr Dunn several times and well as interacted with him at he coaches meeting THE TRUTH IS DIFFERENT.
I CAN GUARANTEE YOU HE KNOWS THE IMPORTANCE OF WINNING PROGRAMS AND IS IN FULL SUPPORT. Just saying for a perspective a little closer to the action.

I was thinking the same about people who launch criticism towards Kathy B.

Proximity means nothing, results do. Sign of our small time bush thinking when you local yocals pull that card. How can you take anything in while you're breathing through your mouth Buttons?
