Do not agree. I hope George Bork didn't see this on Twitter.

Daniels better get a lot more carries next year. Never really realized how explosive he is until the EMU & Kent games. He NEEDED to touch the ball more in the OB. I think he is going to be one of our best play makers next season, both as a RB and receiver.

I read that his foot was pretty messed up still.

He was also surrounded by 1k yard rushes which showed we had a more balanced offense
I will go to battle with Lynch as my Leader any day of the week he is one tough SOB one game doesnt define who he is...yea we are all spoiled and used to him putting up staggering numbers but NIU was not on a level playing field with FSU they were far faster than we could have all imagined.
It was apparent early in the game that FSU had speed and size to stop Lynch.....he made a couple of outside runs that in MAC play would have resulted in decent gains.....not so against FSU.
I still don't understand some of our play calling, running Lynch up the gut, when it was going nowhere.
You said he couldn't run outside because of FSU's speed, but then say running up the gut got him nowhere either. Bottom line is, FSU's front 7 dominated, and wasn't going to allow Lynch to run period. I don't think play calling had any impact on our offense's ability to move the ball. These were the same plays that got us to this game. FSU lead the nation in defensive 3 and outs. We got beat by a better team. If NIU played a completely mistake free game, no turnovers, dropped passes, limited number of penalties, we might have had a chance.
