UTEP loses to Col. State, ECU loses to Campbell, UCF loses to USF, Marshall loses to some team they shouldn't have. SMU loses to Wyoming...Tulsa and UAB only wins on the night.

SMU played undefeated Wyoming very closely, and it was only mistakes down the stretch by our very thin (and thus worn out) team that did us in.

CUSA will have better nights for sure, but our conference season will be very exciting.

No excuses for MU. Can't shoot, either from the field or the FT line. FT's: 0-6 or 7 first half... W/out Kane and a pt. guard, this team is a mess. Got a kid that's been ineligible (Amayo- 6'4" 210 pt. guard(freshman)) that played his first real minutes tonite, and scored 8-9 pts., had 4 steals and several assts. that looks like he might stop the bleeding till Kane comes back in a week or 2. The loss is still inexcusable, as well as the lack of shooting that this team has shown. They freakin' can't make layups they're so out of sorts..!! Either they get it together come conf. time, or Herrion's going to be looking for a new job.

We'll have a tough game tonight against Dillard, a recent 94 - 33 loser to Spring Hill.

UTEP almost pulled out a win vs a very good CSU team, on the road.

Tulsa had a lot of guys hurt and shot 48% or something dumb from the Free Throw line.

Glad we got the win.

SMU is going to murder us this weekend.

Marshall may not win another game the rest of the year. I never realized losing two players could kill a program so badly. Wow we suck!

The Thundering Herd will win games this year, everything always looks bleak after a poor performance. The big picture is that the sun will continue to rise and the Herd will win games.

Houston is 11-2 but we've played a SWAC schedule.
