Is this Wyo team as good as the ones you had in 1987 and 88?

To be honest, I don't think this team is all that great. I've seen a couple of games, and we have had a lot of luck. I'm worried that when we get to NM, UNLV, SDSU, we will get exposed.

But a win is a win and they deserve credit for that.

Wyoming played well but we made freshman mistakes.

Nope, Wyo has 2 excellent players, and two good ones right now. But we have no depth yet. Very Green at the guard level with our senior starter #2 guard out right now.

Our guy playing Center is just a stud and keeping us in the games. He would have played power forward on the Dembo/Leckner teams and is a star. He will get an NBA tryout and some looks

good thing as we had two freshman guards putting in a lot of time in that game. It was baptism by fire for them tonight

I didn't get to see the game tonight.

It was streamed. Wyo hung in there despite a new guard lineup. Washington took the team on his back and powered it home. Amazing performance on his part. Adams, the freshman guard, has people thinking Dembo again. He has that kind of athletic ability.

Damn, almost thought we had this one. Would have been a huge win given the fact that we only really have like 3 legit starters out there right now. Next year can't get here quick enough.
