Gillon is on a pace to tie Larry Drake for 4th.

Javes is a key to this team's success. If he can just play his role, which is playing defense, blocking and altering shots, and rebounding, and leave the shooting to others, he can be a valuable asset. They are trying to get him to do things he's not ready to do yet. He's got to learn to get rid of the ball unless he has an easy shot around the basket. And the ball doesn't need to go into him on offense. Let him move around, wait for one of our others players to shoot, and try and rebound and get a put back.
If he will do that, and keep learning, at some point he might be an offensive asset, but right now, he's a liability because he doesn't play the role he's equipped to play.
