And Stanford has 2 kids from VA on their team...

They gotta run something other than delayed draws from that QB. That kid is getting a lot of contact and they are not moving the chains. I think they can spread the field and get something, but they gotta settle down and play. Geez...

Stanford recruits nationally.

As to the Virginia guys (well, 2 from VA and a kid that played in DC), one (Cason Kynes) is a senior and was a walk-on as a junior. Alex Carter, a freshman was a 4 star recruit and one of the top safety recruits in the country--no way we were keeping him here. He had offers from Notre Dame, Tennesee, Tech, UVA, and Cal. The DC kid was one of the top QB recruits in the nation.

If ODU looked at either of the 2 non-walk-ons, it would have been as an FCS team, trying to keep national recruits at home...

Hopefully going forward, as we move up, we can convince a kid like this to stay here.
