RE: HTTR
The only chance the red skins have to win this game is to go with Kirk cousins. Griffin isn't even 50% right now.

He can't step into his throws and he has nothing on any of his passes .

If they don't go to cousins, this game is over.

He should have never come back out for this last drive. It was clear to everybody but our idiot coach he can't play right now.

RE: HTTR
Andddddddddddd Exactly what I said, they should have put in cousins. It's clear rg 3 was trying to play through injury and wasn't even close to 100% and yet dumb ass Shanahan kept him in there anyways.

Rg 3 could barely even step into a throw and mikeyboy left him out there to destroy his leg.

What a complete idiot. Shanahan should be crucified for the media for that.

I certainly am not rooting for the red skins, but I feel terrible for rg3. He didn't deserve that. He tried to gut it out but Shanahan was a complete moron for leaving him in there when he was clearly injured. Tough player, hope he's not seriously injured.

They didn't have that option. The colts had the number 1 pick and I highly doubt they were giving it up to anyone. The colts wanted luck badly and they had the number 1 pick.

RE: HTTR
It's not a good sign he got injured multiple times , including a knee sprain, a concussion and whatever ended up happening to his knee again today.

I don't think he's built solidly enough to survive for 10 years in this league. He's too slight at the weight he's at now. Vick is a running qb, he's much more solid than griffin and even he has a ton of injury concerns.

Running qbs just flat out do not last in the nfl. Griffin will have to become a pure pocket passer to survive and only running very rarely on plays that break down if he wants to have a long career . The problem with that though is that it will cut his effectiveness quite a bit. He will start seeing more complex zones and coverage defenses instead of D's designed to stop their run option.

You actually saw that quite a bit tonight from the Seahawks once they realized he was injured and couldn't run. They started bringing complex zone blitzes and griffin looked completely lost at times .

It's hard to tell how much of that was his injury and inability to step into throws and how much was his confusion at seeing a legit nfl defense that could play the way THEY wanted instead of trying to respond to what the redskins dictated with their tough to stop offense.

One thing is for sure, after the skins scored 14 early, griffin got hurt and they did NOTHING from that point on, it was a pretty legit arsekicking once the Seahawks realized griffin was one dimensional.

RE: HTTR
Shanahan is getting killed in the media for his decision (or non-decision) with RG3. And rightfully so. Griffin wasn't going to take himself out; Shanahan should have had the guts to make the move earlier. Don't know if it would've changed the result, but he wouldn't have been worse than RG3 at 10%.
