1. Boise could still go either way, but bet on them staying with the Big East, b/c they can make more money.

2. The BE will likely still get the last year of the BCS AQ in 2013, worth $17M.

3. Aresco may give Boise extra benefits to stay at least one year.

4. If that happens, the BE will have 12 in FB for 2013, and Aresco can get a combo TV deal with ESPN and NBC worth closer to $100M than the $60M reported earlier.

5. The C7 will likely leave in June of 2014 w/ the BE name and $42M in exit fees.

6. By 2014, there will be 14 in football. East = UConn. Temple. Cincy, USF, UCF, ECU and Tulane. West =Boise, SDSU, SMU, Houston, Memphis, Fresno and UNLV.

7. In 2015, Navy will join, along with BYU, AFA or UMass.

8. Basketball will be a 10-team league led by UConn, Cincy, Memphis and Temple + ECU, UCF, SMU, UH, Tulane

EDIT: #8 should include USF. Hard to edit that much text on phone.

The 10-team BB league will play a double round robin conference schedule.

Switch us with Tulane and it sounds good!

It is not far fetched in very good years to see five NCAA BB bids with the ten member league listed.

The divisions are only for football. The west is a better division.

Did anybody notice that Fresno and UNLV would be added as FB only in 2014? And Navy in 2015 with one of BYU, AFA or UMass.

His experience can only take Aresco so far. His bargaining power deminished when Louisville and others left the Big East.

You would think. The biggest problem is getting everything to stop long enough to get a deal done.

The guy is really in denial. Everyone else is reporting that BSU is more likely to NOT stay in BE and he is completely in dream land with the $100 MILLION TV contract. Looks more like his Christmas wish to Santa.

Man the direction of most of your post are so negative. Why down every possible thing. Give somethings a chance before trashing it. I could be wrong but I still see $114 mill as of the way things are now.

If those 14 can be locked down, with 2 teams from fla, Texas and Cali, with outside shot at byu, that is as good as you can do!!

everything that has happened since we got "in" has been negative.

we're screwd and anyone sayong anything different is in denial or a liar.
