Big Winner in all this crap is ESPN who now only has to spend money on the Big 5 Conferences and gets the C7 + Xavier, Butler etc..for peanuts compared to a Football/Basketball Contract. The Gang of 5 will get suck TV contracts no matter who the MWC and NBE add or subtract. The Big 5 are happy, ESPN, Fox etc.. are happy and we all are left to fight for the scraps of the one extra BCS Bowl spot and do it with a budget half that of our BCS Big 5 neighbors who recruit with Taj Mahal facilities and ridiculous coaching salaries

Since 2001 the ACC has won 5 basketball titles compared to 3 for the Big East so i doubt you are correct about envy.

No, the ACC has raided the Big East because it has been smart enough to realize that between the two conferences there was only enough football talent to make one AQ level conference, and just barely, as their reduced status in the new playoff system has made clear. The Big East never realized this basic fact.

Yes!!! Yes!!! I get this. I can see it and the SEC are descendents of the Nazi regime. So in response, I'm going to be raising funds for a Jewish College and get them into Division 1A football so as to counter the SEC's=Germany advance. Now we all know that the SEC have started their Blitzkrieg when they swept in and took aTm=Poland and Missouri=Czechoslovakia. I honestly don't know if we can hold them now that they are allied with the B1G=Japan. We can try and that is my hope. We may have to allied ourselves with the hated ACC=Russia as well as the Pac=China and Big XII=France in order to contain their expansion. May God be merciful and grant us a Championship.
