Congrats Taylor Heinicke!!

We are in for some fun times the next couple years. He could still set some records along the way again next season. Coach Wilder is looking for ways to make the program grow and get notoriety. Why not set up the offense for national attention via massive tactical passing... ?

BTW, Fatmonarch is this the same Adrian Peterson that plays for the Minnesota Vikings? He played at Oklahoma an FBS school (not eligible for the award).

Nope, this Adrian Peterson played at The Real GSU. Thats why people call him "The Other Adrian Peterson".

Amazing and well deserved. ODU and Heinicke continue to add awards to our four year old program. Glad we have Taylor to keep us entertained the next two years as we transition to FBS.

Heinicke winning the Payton Award is only the beginning. It's going to be two more years of turning heads and rattling cages with him at the helm, I can feel it.
